Our lead organizers (LO) are responsible for executing the organizing projects for our clients. One of their main roles is to communicate with our management team and the clients. A lead organizer has professional experience working in the organizing industry, excellent communication and customer service skills and of course, a passion for helping people to simplify their lives.

This is an entry-level position for those looking  to start a career in professional organizing. You will work alongside a lead organizer and other colleagues to create customized organizing systems for our clients. Professional Lead Organizer

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Looking to hire a Professional Organizer (independent contractor position). Lead Organizer

 

We’re looking for EXPERIENCED organizer, with excellent time management skills, has a keen eye for detail and aesthetics and a friendly and kind personality. We only book projects Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 2:00PM with a few hours after each project to do drop off or donations for our clients.

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Attention to detail

  • Doesn’t get overwhelmed with clutter

  • Can lift up to 45 lbs (trash bags and containers)

  • Enjoys working as a team

  • Works well with people

  • Has a positive attitude

  • A problem solver

  • Great communication skills

  • Always punctual

  • Kind and understanding to clients

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel to clients residence

  • Must have personal transportation

  • Maintain a professional appearance

  • Treat client items with care

  • Flexible work hours
