Overcoming the unexpected
Our client hired us to unpack and organize her entire apartment because of the busy work schedule that makes difficult keeping areas organized. Unfortunately, after the consultation and booking the dates for the organizing sessions, our client got injured and had to go to the hospital. Even though we could've accommodated, she was comfortable with the team working without her presence at home an we were able to maintain the original schedule.
A team of 3 organizers for each day organized her entire apartment while she was at the hospital. We maintained close communication with our client to ensure things were functional for her.
